The official site has updated this morning with details of the next single from ‘The Last Broadcast’.
‘Caught By The River’ will be released, as we heard, on 14 October and will be available on limited edition, numbered eCD and 10″. Both formats come with a poster.
The tracklist for both formats goes a little something like this:
eCD
Caught By The River
Willow’s Song
Hit The Ground Running
Caught By The River (video)
10″ vinyl
Caught By The River
The Sulphur Man (Rebelski Remix)
Where We’re Calling From (Hebden Bridge Remix)
As b-sides go, we were hoping for more of a surprise; but there we are. At least ‘Willow’s Song’ and ‘Hit The Ground Running’ are getting a domestic release on CD for the first time. I can’t wait for the remixes; I’m especially curious about this J.S. Zeiter fella…
Comiserations to the lads, who lost out to Ms. Dynamite in the Mercury Music Prize this week. Maybe it’ll be third time lucky?! And all you kids in Boston make sure the band feel loved tomorrow night!
