We’ve heard that the official UK release date for ‘Caught By The River’ is 14 October. There’s no news on the b-sides and what have you as yet, but we’ll let you know when they’re announced.

With the Mercury Music Prize being announced on Tuesday (17 September), everyone and their dog is clamouring to give you their verdict:
Don’t forget to listen to Radio 1 on Tuesday for the live result. Apparently, the boys are coming back from the States - with all their equipment, natch - to play the ceremony. Bless.

A couple of new dates have been added to the winter tour: 3 December at London’s Brixton Academy, and 8 December at Manchester Apollo. And a show has also been announced as a part of Radio 1’s One Live In Nottingham at the Rock City on 28 October. You can find ticket details in the On tour section.
And just in case you guys on the continent think we’ve forgotten about you, we’ll be doing a full update on the European tour in the next couple of days.

‘M62 Song’ will appear on the latest release in the ‘Back to Mine‘ series by DMC. This one’s been compiled by Doves fans New Order, and is out 30 September.
